To conduct advanced scientific research in molecular spectroscopy, providing innovative solutions across diverse fields such as environmental, atmospheric, and space physics and chemistry, as well as materials and pharmaceutical sciences, in order to address the needs of society in these critical areas. To participate actively in the regional, national and international scientific development providing specialized services on spectroscopy to the society and specialized advance training of human resources.
