Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the historical development and modern significance of spectroscopy.
This week at the IKU-SPECTRA Molecular Sciences & Spectroscopy Applied Research Center, we will host a seminar titled “Principles of Spectroscopic Instruments.”
The session will cover the fundamental principles, operating mechanisms, and research applications of spectroscopic instruments. Participants will gain practical insight into how the spectroscopy devices in our laboratories function and contribute to molecular science studies.

Today, Prof. Dr. Sezgin Bakırdere from Yildiz Technical University visited the IKU-SPECTRA: Molecular Sciences & Spectroscopy Applied Research Center.
During the visit, the laboratory infrastructure of the center was introduced, and potential collaborations in scientific research were discussed.
